What to do with Chicken fingers?

Periodically I do Angel Food. It is a once a month box of food for $25.00 The amount of meat and such makes this a good value if you actually eat and use the items. However, I have quite a bit of breaded chicken nuggets/fingers that we almost never eat. And I'm not one to waste, so I was just curious if anyone has any good ideas for how I can use this chicken in unique ways. I'm up for any idea...Seriously!

We have never done Angel Food. We weren't sure of the value of the other things besides the meat. By the way, we use our chicken fingers on a bun with mayo and pickles- like Chick-fil-A. They're actually pretty good. Thats coming from a lady that doesn't like chicken fingers that much!

I have purchased the Angel Food packages several times, and I have been very happy with the quality of the food.

You could use the chicken fingers as a topping for a salad, or wrap them up in a flour tortilla with all the fixings for a quick and easy lunch.

I do what Nico does! Salad toppings & tortilla fillings.......Or have a playdate & serve them to all the kiddies for lunch ;>)

Chicken parmesan, serve with gravy (like c. fried c at cracker barrell), and going along with chick-fil-a: breakfast-- serve on sister schubert rolls. I will keep thinking! We have some left too!

This got me thinking, you could use the chicken fingers for sweet and sour chicken with rice, or even for cashew chicken. You could also make a mock KFC bowl with mashed potatoes and corn.

For the kiddos you could make a chicken bite and tater tot kababs, served with your child's favorite dipping sauces. My oldest will eat just about anything as long as there is a sauce to dip it in.
